Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a TypeScript specialist to join our team. We operate in a unified TS ecosystem, using React on the frontend and NestJS on the backend. As a Fullstack Developer, you will be a proactive, supportive partner in building cutting-edge technology that solves real-world challenges. You will be responsible for building high-performance UIs while having the autonomy to jump into the backend to manage DTOs and ensure end-to-end type safety.

You'll work within our Squad model where you're empowered to take ownership: shaping the architecture, asking the tough questions, and championing best practices to deliver enterprise-level results., * Architectural Sync: Building shared type libraries that synchronize our React frontend with our NestJS API.

• Performance Optimization: Developing complex UIs based on provided designs, utilizing custom hooks and performance profiling for efficient rendering.
• Real-Time Features: Implementing WebSockets or Server-Sent Events for live updates.
• State Management: Implementing efficient data-flow using Zustand/Redux and data-fetching libraries like RTK Query.
• Fullstack Agility: Navigating the full stack to translate DTOs when backend resources are at capacity.
