Job description
We're looking for a QA Tester who thrives on quality, automation, and problem-solving. This isn't just about ticking boxes and running test scripts - this is about owning the QA space, ensuring every digital solution we build is bulletproof, and driving best-in-class testing practices.
You'll be immersed in the full software development lifecycle, working with cutting-edge technologies, mentoring junior testers, and collaborating with developers to ship rock-solid products. What You'll Be Doing
Digging deep into the specifics of our platforms, ensuring we deliver seamless user experiences.
Owning and improving test automation frameworks.
Driving continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Collaborating with developers, designers, and product teams to define and refine acceptance criteria.
Running manual and automated tests, identifying issues before they become problems.
Mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge across the team.
Staying ahead of the curve, learning new tools, gaining certifications, and keeping up with the latest in QA.
Occasionally assisting in out-of-hours system deployments.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Test automation?, Solid QA experience (preferably in a UK-based team).
Expertise in both manual and automated testing.
Good experience with test automation tools (Playwright, etc.).
Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Ability to write clear test plans, strategies, and reports.
Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
Experience in mentoring and upskilling junior testers.

Role Details
- Location: Glasgow- SkyPark- Hybrid (3 days on site)
- Salary: up to 44,5K a year, up to 10% company bonus
