Job description

  • Monitor the digital pulse of thousands of mobile devices across DWP
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues before they impact users
  • Design and refine solutions that ensure mobile device security and compliance
  • Collaborate with the product team to influence decisions and drive improvements
  • Serve as the go-to expert on configuration and documentation
  • Work with suppliers to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze performance trends to ensure a stable and secure mobile ecosystem

Requirements

  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels
  • Experience leading, motivating, and inspiring teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Significant experience designing, building, configuring, and administering infrastructure technologies for Mobile Devices (iOS/Android)
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management software and principles
  • Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting mobile clients such as Apple iOS and Samsung Knox devices
  • Significant experience with Cloud Hosted infrastructure services within AWS and Azure
  • Understanding of networking principles in a security-conscious environment
  • Experience deploying infrastructure via pipelines using CI/CD tools and methodologies
  • Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Azure / Entra ID / Intune configuration and policies
  • Knowledge of Identity principles, SSO, and Certificate Based Authentication
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, own, and manage problem records
  • Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • Working knowledge of Change and Incident management principles within the ITIL framework
