- Monitor the digital pulse of thousands of mobile devices across DWP
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues before they impact users
- Design and refine solutions that ensure mobile device security and compliance

Requirements
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels
- Experience leading, motivating, and inspiring teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Significant experience designing, building, configuring, and administering infrastructure technologies for Mobile Devices (iOS/Android)
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management software and principles
- Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting mobile clients such as Apple iOS and Samsung Knox devices
- Significant experience with Cloud Hosted infrastructure services within AWS and Azure
- Understanding of networking principles in a security-conscious environment
- Experience deploying infrastructure via pipelines using CI/CD tools and methodologies
- Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Azure / Entra ID / Intune configuration and policies
- Knowledge of Identity principles, SSO, and Certificate Based Authentication
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, own, and manage problem records
- Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Working knowledge of Change and Incident management principles within the ITIL framework
