Senior Workday Integrations, Reporting & Security Consultant

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex Workday integrations, with strong focus on Workday Studio-based solutions.
• Own the end-to-end integration lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Architect, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reporting solutions, including BIRT Reports, Scorecards, Composite Reports, and Trending Reports, to support executive, operational, and compliance reporting needs.
• Drive and support Workday implementations and enhancements across modules such as Time Off, Talent, and Learning Management System (LMS).
• Lead Workday Security design and governance, including configuration of complex security groups, roles, and domain security policies, ensuring data privacy and compliance with internal controls.
• Contribute to and guide development on Workday Extend projects, supporting custom applications and platform extensions.
• Act as a technical SME for integrations, reporting, and security, providing design guidance, troubleshooting support, and best-practice recommendations.
• Mentor and support junior consultants through reviews, knowledge sharing, and hands-on coaching.
• Collaborate with functional teams, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable Workday solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize reporting performance, integration stability, and security posture.
• Support Workday releases, audits, and production issues, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

Do you have experience in Xpath?, We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Integrations, Reporting & Security Consultant to lead and deliver complex Workday solutions across integrations, reporting, and security. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor team members while partnering closely with functional and business stakeholders., * Minimum 9 years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in Workday Integrations, Reporting, and Security.

• Extensive experience with Workday Studio integrations.
• Advanced expertise in Workday Reporting, including BIRT Reports, Composite Reporting, Scorecards, and Trending Reports.
• Proven experience in designing and configuring advanced Workday Security, including custom security groups, roles, and domain policies.
• Experience working with Workday modules such as Time Off, Talent, and Learning Management System (LMS).
• Working knowledge of Workday Extend and custom application development.
• Strong technical proficiency in XML, WD-SOAP Web Services, XSLT, and XPath.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SoapUI, Oxygen XML Editor, and XML Editors.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills., * Completion of Advanced Workday Security Training or equivalent experience.
• Experience in global Workday implementations and multi-country rollouts.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead consultant role.
• Ability to balance hands-on delivery with technical leadership responsibilities.
