Job description

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the software engineering team
  • Execute and define the technical roadmap in alignment with business goals
  • Champion Agile practices and lead sprint planning sessions
  • Implement and oversee QA processes, including adopting automation frameworks
  • Collaborate closely with the CTO, Head of Product, and Head of Operations
  • Drive continuous improvements within the engineering processes and team dynamics
  • Work on evolving the flagship SaaS product and potential new technologies like AI

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a software engineering leadership role
  • Strong background in NodeJS and ReactJS development
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire engineering teams
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and experience with other cloud technologies like AWS
  • Advocate for Agile methodologies, including experience with sprint planning and tools like Jira
  • Knowledge of QA processes and automation frameworks
  • Previous hands-on experience with JavaScript and related technologies
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
