Job description
- Monitor and investigate security alerts and incidents
- Respond to phishing, malicious email, access, and device-related security issues
- Support incident response, root cause analysis, and security improvements
- Manage and maintain security tools (SIEM, CASB, MDR, Azure security services)
- Monitor identity and access activity for suspicious behaviour
- Assist with vulnerability prioritisation and remediation
- Contribute to security awareness and secure system implementation
- Participate in an on-call rota for urgent out-of-hours alerts

- Cloud, We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to go permanent. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our London office, offering a salary between £55,000-£60,000. You will play a key role in protecting our systems, people, and data through hands-on operational tasks. We value analytical and proactive team players who are calm under pressure and passionate about cybersecurity.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a Cyber Security Analyst role
- Strong knowledge of networks, systems, and security controls
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, CASB, MDR, and Azure security
- Experience investigating security incidents and breaches
- Ability to clearly communicate security risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- CompTIA Security+ certification (essential)
- Microsoft AZ-500 or SC-200 certification (desirable)
