Systems Engineer

• Maintain, improve and support our technology estate.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance and service-focused support to colleagues with varied levels of technical experience.

• Demonstrable experience in technical engineering or systems support role.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, endpoint management and modern device provisioning.
• Knowledge of security best practices including MFA, conditional access, patching, encryption and monitoring tools.
• Experience supporting users across distributed, multi-site environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, especially when translating technical concepts for non-technical colleagues.
