Job description
Sitting within our Automation Centre of Excellence and reporting directly to the Head of Automation, the Junior RPA Developer will be involved with developing complex automation solutions using a variety of methods in support of automation initiatives. You will work closely with senior automation developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to design, build, test, and maintain automated processes., * Developing and supporting automated workflows under guidance from senior developers
- Building Power Automate flows and integrating with SharePoint
- Analysing business processes and identifying automation opportunities
- Supporting the creation, testing, and maintenance of automated solutions
- Learning Blue Prism and contributing to enterprise-grade automation projects
- Implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process

Requirements
Do you have experience in Visual Basic?, While prior experience with Blue Prism is not essential, the successful candidate must show a genuine interest and commitment to learning this platform. Access to training resources will be provided, with an expectation that you will progress toward Blue Prism certification level over time., * Strong understanding of IT systems, Microsoft 365, and general technology fundamentals
- Experience with Power Automate and SharePoint Online
- Ability to understand process flows, logic, and basic programming concepts.
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and progress into a certified RPA Developer
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Proactive, curious, and enthusiastic about automation and digital transformation.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Desirable
- Experience working with APIs, connectors or JSON
- Programming experience e.g. Python, macros, PowerShell, .NET, C#, C++, SQL, Visual Basic
- Any previous exposure to RPA concepts (not required but beneficial)
