Technical Lead JAVA

• Establishing and documenting guidelines and best practices for development.
• Ensuring buy-in and follow-up on the implementation of guidelines in the agile tribes.
• Supporting developers in the tribes, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
• Collaboration with other technical leaders (analysis, testing , process, ...) to ensure a transversal alignment to cover mutual requirements.
• IT stakeholders management : Engaging with local IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication ( Architecture , Infrastructure ,Risk & Security,...).
• Act as local ambassador for BNP Group and BNP Personal Finance initiatives and requirements in the scope of development ( AI for developers, security champions,...).
• Act as a representant of CoE ADM team in the Change Management Board ( CAB ) to validate the change requests .
• Reporting to the Head of COE ADM with close collaboration with the IT Tribe Leads.
