SAP Business Analyst

By enabling digitalization and process excellence in Finance and Procurement, you will contribute to operational efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth.

Provide functional expertise on SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD) and adjacent tools (Brainware, e-Invoicing), manage and optimize P2P/O2C workflows, and lead standardization projects including MDMT Proof of Concept, the New Business Partner (BP) model, and the e-Invoicing project.

Detailed Responsibilities

Functional Support & RUN

• Provide end-to-end support for SAP P2P, and O2C processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and high user satisfaction.
• Maintain and improve Brainware OCR and e-Invoicing flows, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Workflow Design & Optimization

• Analyze, design, and optimize P2P workflows (purchase requisitions, approvals, invoice matching, exception handling)
• Implement automation and efficiency improvements through SAP and Brainware integration.

Projects & Evolution

• Lead and contribute to strategic projects: MDMT Proof of Concept, New Business Partner Model, and e-Invoicing implementation.
• Support enhancements in Brainware and SAP to improve OCR accuracy and invoice processing speed.
• Conduct impact analysis, prepare functional specifications, and manage UAT.

Standardization & Governance

• Define and enforce process standards for P2P/O2C and master data governance.
• Ensure harmonization across entities and compliance.

Training & Documentation

• Develop training materials using SAP Enable Now and deliver sessions to end-users.
• Maintain updated documentation for processes, workflows, and system changes.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, IT, and GBPOs to align solutions with business needs.
• Communicate effectively across teams and manage expectations in an international environment.

Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD) including:

• Hands-on experience with Brainware OCR and e-Invoicing integration.

• Proven track record in managing SAP projects and supporting RUN activities in complex environments.
• Solid understanding of P2P and O2C processes and workflows.
• Knowledge of master data management and Business Partner governance.
• Ability to create and deliver training using SAP Enable Now.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Languages: French, Dutch, and English - mandatory (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• A Master's degree or SAP certification is a plus.
