Project Manager AI Platform 80-100% - Data Protection / GPT

For a strategically important project in the public sector, we are seeking an experienced individual to lead the evaluation, procurement, and implementation of an AI platform ("GPT AI Platform"). The project aims to develop a scalable, secure, and high-performance GPT-based solution that will be able to process not only public data but also internal and confidential administrative data. The platform will be accessible to all employees and will serve as a foundation for further AI applications (knowledge queries, AI agents, transcription, data analysis). In addition to the technical implementation, aspects such as adoption, communication, and training are integral parts of the rollout., * Overall project management for the evaluation, procurement, and implementation of the AI platform

• Stakeholder management and coordination with partners and other public organizations
• Risk analysis and active risk management
• Business analysis and requirements engineering
• Creation of project documentation, analyses, reports, presentations, and decision-making documents
• Development of security and data protection principles (including ISDS concepts)
• Execution of public procurement in accordance with the Intercantonal Agreement on Public Procurement (IVöB )
• Management of quality, costs, deadlines, and project progress
• Support in testing, integration, and commissioning of specialized applications
• Implementation according to the project execution procedure (PAV), based on HERMES

Do you have experience in Project management?, * Further training/certifications advantageous: HERMES, IPMA, PMP, IREB, further training in the areas of digitalization/AI/IT transformation

• Proven experience in the evaluation and implementation of AI platforms for internal and confidential data
• Several years of project management experience in complex IT projects
• Project management experience in public administrations or comparable organizations
• Experience with public procurement, ideally according to IVöB (German Public Procurement Ordinance)
• Very good knowledge of business analysis and requirements engineering
• Experience in commissioning ICT solutions in on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments
• Experience in creating information security and data protection concepts (ISDS)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
• Team-oriented, reliable personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
