Job description

DLL is looking for a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Administrator to join our Enterprise Business Productivity team. In this role, you will help manage, optimize, and safeguard DLL's Power Platform landscape as we continue our low code and AI powered transformation. You will work in a collaborative, international environment where your expertise in governance, security, and operational excellence plays a key role in enabling responsible innovation across the organization.

Day to day:

  • Administer and manage the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
  • Manage DLL's Power Platform environment strategy, including Personal Productivity, Teams, and Business Productivity environments.
  • Configure, maintain, and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, ensuring secure and compliant use across the platform.
  • Support and enhance Microsoft's Center of Excellence (CoE) Kit automation and tool to strengthen governance in accordance with DLL's policies.
  • Set up and facilitate a Power Platform Community of Practice to support makers and citizen developers on the platform.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation on best practices, governance standards, and operational guidelines to enable makers and citizen developers across the organization.
  • Work with Power Platform Admin Center to oversee Dataverse configurations, platform capacity, security roles, connections, and integration patterns.
  • Work on CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to support and improve ALM processes, including solution packaging, versioning, and deployments across environments.
  • Guide the responsible adoption of Copilot Studio, including the governance of AI agents, safety guardrails, and data access controls.
  • Stay current with the Microsoft roadmap, emerging platform capabilities, and evolving security practices- proactively recommending improvements to DLL's platform strategy.
  • Contribute to SharePoint governance activities to support collaboration and compliance across the SharePoint Platform, that is also managed by the Enterprise Business Productivity team.

Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of SharePoint online, including navigating sites, lists/libraries and permissions.
  • SharePoint lists/libraries views and basic columns.
  • Ability to troubleshoot simple SharePoint issues, such as permissions issues or list/library configurations.
  • ability to provide end-user guidance on common SharePoint tasks (uploading files, checking versions etc.)

Requirements

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * At least 3 years of relevant experience and proven knowledge on Power Platform Administration, with some knowledge of COE Kit.

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Associate (or equivalent).
  • Overall, 5 years of experience building PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio Agents and Power-BI dashboards.
  • Experience working in an agile SCRUM team.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in an international organization.
  • Strong communicator with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to coach and guide others.
  • Knowledge of, or openness to learn SharePoint governance to be able to support broader platform responsibilities within the team.
