Job description
As a Lead Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in defining the problem, proposing and refining the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape., 1. Need hands on experience as a Lead Decisioning Architect.
Requirements
- Experience in configuration visionary across the NBA Execution Team, defining and driving implementation of standards, strategy architecture, and arbitration frameworks.
- Experience in application leadership and vision across scrum teams.
- Experience in enabling and mentoring the other application configurators.
- Owns and optimizes the decision framework.
- Experience in ensuring re-use and best practices are adopted across scrum teams.
- Experience in maximizing use of insights, analyses, and reports.
- Experience in ensuring consistency in communications across inbound and outbound channels and accountable for the quality of assets implemented by NBA Designers and NBA Specialists.
Required:
- Experience in Overall strategy and expected end state.
- Experience in People, process, and technology, Actions, channels, business logic etc.
- Experience as NBA Designer, agent tools, simulation and architecture, data model, integrations, hardware, and custom integrations.
- Optimization.
- People allocation & enablement.
- MLP sizing & backlog.
- Project plans.
- Delivery approach.
Preferred:
- Pega Certified Decisioning Architect & Certified Data Scientist on v8.x.
- Experience in Pega Marketing and Decisioning frameworks.
