Job description
Drive the conception, design, and delivery of major digital transformation programs across government agencies - from vision to implementation.
- Hands-On Technology Execution
Actively engage with engineering teams to design APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and platform integrations. Ensure technical excellence through code reviews, architecture validation, and iterative delivery.
- Enterprise Modernization
Lead modernization of legacy systems into secure, cloud-native, and interoperable digital platforms that support real-time analytics and AI-driven services.
- Innovation & Emerging Tech
Experiment with and deploy emerging technologies - including AI/ML, RPA, data platforms, and digital identity systems - to enhance citizen experiences and operational efficiency.
- Architecture & Governance
Define scalable digital architecture standards, security frameworks, and integration models aligned with national data and digital government strategies.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Partner with ministry leaders, digital offices, and external vendors to ensure delivery excellence, technology alignment, and measurable public value.
Requirements
Do you have experience in PaaS?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital technology leadership, with proven hands-on background in software engineering, cloud architecture, or enterprise systems delivery.
- 5+ years of experience leading government or large-scale public-sector digital transformation.
- Proficiency in modern technology stacks - cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), APIs, data platforms, and automation tools.
- Deep understanding of digital government principles, service design, and interoperability standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence both technical and policy stakeholders.
