Solution Architect - Global Digital & Technology

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our Global Digital & Technology (GDT) team. This is a senior technical role responsible for designing, developing, and delivering robust, scalable, and secure digital solutions that support global business objectives and align with enterprise architecture standards.

Working closely with engineering, product, security, and operations teams across multiple regions, you will translate business needs into innovative technology solutions that enhance user experience, accelerate digital transformation, and ensure architectural consistency at scale.

This is a high-impact role that bridges strategy and execution, supporting major digital initiatives over the next 12-24 months.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, innovative technical architectures.
• Partner with engineering, product, security, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to engineering teams.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies including AI, cloud-native technologies, and edge computing.
• Act as a technical advisor to project stakeholders and senior leaders.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Lead the definition, design, and development of end-to-end digital solutions for global and regional projects.
• Develop holistic solutions from initial concept and business case through to implementation governance.
• Ensure solutions meet global regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements.
• Champion the adoption of emerging technologies to drive business value.
• Create solution business cases, implementation plans, and architectural documentation.

Global Standards & Governance

• Contribute to architecture governance forums and enterprise-wide decision-making.
• Promote architectural consistency across platforms, regions, and teams.
• Define and promote architecture principles, patterns, frameworks, and best practices.

Risk, Compliance & Assurance

• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring solutions meet security, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate architectural risks and maintain alignment with global governance and regulatory expectations.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Work closely with product, engineering, security, and business teams to align technology roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions are visionary yet fully implementable across diverse global environments.

• 10+ years in technical engineering and/or architectural roles.
• 10+ years working with cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Deep expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, Identity, Infrastructure, Data, and Information Security.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

• Architectural certification (e.g., TOGAF, Microsoft).
• ITIL certification.
