The primary objective of the IT Technician is to provide a quality service to our clients. This entails the efficient and professional management of IT systems on behalf of clients. Your responsibilities will include performing operational tasks while remaining vigilant of all monitoring tools.
You will be responsible for monitoring systems using either client or Company solutions. This involves promptly logging, troubleshooting, and escalating alerts according to established procedures. Additionally, you will be handling incoming calls within the call management system. Core skills required
