Job description

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and remote access.
  • Maintain and update the Incident tracker, handling and prioritizing tickets.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding issue status.
  • Repair, maintain, and reconfigure hardware and software both remotely and on-site.
  • Liaise with sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
  • Suggest system improvements and actively participate in ongoing training.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical support?, * Minimum of 2-year experience in an IT helpdesk support role.

  • Proficient in Windows workstation, Active Directory and Office 365 support.
  • Experience with server support.
  • Most be a clear communicator, both written and verbal., We seek individuals who demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service, and strong organizational skills.
