Job description
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and remote access.
- Maintain and update the Incident tracker, handling and prioritizing tickets.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding issue status.
- Repair, maintain, and reconfigure hardware and software both remotely and on-site.
- Liaise with sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
- Suggest system improvements and actively participate in ongoing training.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical support?, * Minimum of 2-year experience in an IT helpdesk support role.
- Proficient in Windows workstation, Active Directory and Office 365 support.
- Experience with server support.
- Most be a clear communicator, both written and verbal., We seek individuals who demonstrate professionalism, excellent customer service, and strong organizational skills.
