Job description

  • Shape and guide our evolving technology landscape as we grow-including through acquisition-and navigate multiple architectural transition states over the next five years.
  • Provide guidance on architectural decisions, drive consistency, and facilitate approvals to maintain architectural integrity across the organisation.
  • Oversee the modernisation of legacy systems, ensuring smooth integration with new cloud-based systems and Microsoft Azure data services platform (Fabric).
  • Setting architectural principles, technology standards and selection of appropriate technology tools to meet business outcomes
  • Ensure cyber security and network security principles are defined and well applied to keep data and business safe and secure

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, * 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years in a dedicated enterprise architecture role.

  • Successfully led multiple large-scale technology and data-focused projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of modern software development methodologies, e.g. microservices, APIs, DevOps.
  • Proven capability to engage, influence, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Experience with large scale enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP (IFS/Workday)
