Job description

  • Managing and maintaining project documentation in line with company and client procedures
  • Uploading, issuing, tracking, and archiving documents using document management systems
  • Providing technical support and coordination to project and site teams
  • Ensuring accurate document version control and timely distribution
  • Supporting the office with general administrative duties
  • Assisting with coordination between internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders

Requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with a strong background in document control and administration within the construction sector., * Minimum of 5 years' experience in administration and document control, ideally within construction or engineering

  • Proven proficiency in document management systems, including Aconex or similar platforms
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Benefits & conditions

  • Competitive salary between £35,000 and £45,000, depending on experience
