SAP S/4HANA Finance Standard Operating Procedures Lead - 12 Months - £600 Per Day - Outside IR35

The Finance Standard Operating Procedures Lead will work closely with global process owners, finance subject matter experts, and the wider SOP and change teams to develop and deliver global finance SOP's that will be implemented across various markets. This includes responsibility for both global SOP templates and localisation for current and future deployment markets.

• Proven experience leading finance process documentation or SOP delivery in a global transformation programme.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (eg Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.) and process-led standardisation.
• Familiarity with regulatory and audit requirements in a global finance context, including SOX.
• Excellent stakeholder management, project coordination, and communication skills.
• Strong capability in document management and SOP governance frameworks.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and finance stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in authoring and editing SOPs.
• Strong Excel skills.

Essential Skills :

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of document management tools (eg Veeva, SharePoint) and process mapping software (eg BIC, Signavio).
• Relevant certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Quality Management.
