Systems Configuration and Automation Manager

This role will lead our Systems Configuration and Automation Administrators and support the Head of Systems Configuration and Automation to ensure our ERP and ESM system requirements align to business need and strategy and support the production of high quality data.

Do you have experience in Communication skills?, You will champion the use of AI and automation to drive out waste, reduce risk, improve customer experience across UCL's operations.

You will have experience of delivering measurable improvements and updates within ERP and ESM platforms and managing end to end testing withing these environments.

You will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively to a wide audience and gain buy-in. you will have very good analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex information and data in a clear and concise manner.

You will be highly organised, able to manage a varied workload and ability to make decision independently.
