Job description

  • Partnering with stakeholders across the People team to solve key business questions and hypotheses, employing consulting techniques to prioritise analytical projects effectively according to impact.
  • Embedding analytical thinking and assessments into our Projects & initiatives so that we are consistently measuring the impact of the work we do.
  • Working across our full people analytics tool stack, building out our people data infrastructure, working with APIs and complex data sets.
  • Upskilling the analytical capabilities of the People Tribe at scale and can correctly interpret People data from our self-serve dashboards and people analytics products

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Technical Skills. You are proficient with SQL and know your way around data pipeline management tools (Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow)

  • You have experience designing and owning data assets; you can build and maintain complex data sources and can leverage visualisation (Visier, Looker, Superset) tools to democratise data.
  • Problem Solving. You have a track record in scoping, building, and delivering impactful People analytics solutions
  • Influence. You know how to partner with senior stakeholders and can tell compelling stories from complex data and drive action from your analysis.

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

  • Experience using Visier & Superset.

Base salary: £60-75,000 gross / year base (based on experience & interview outcomes)

About the company

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team. The People Analytics team empowers the People tribe to elevate our Wisers' experience by leveraging data and insights. As a Senior Data Analyst in People Analytics you will build People Analytics products at scale as well as conducting research projects to drive tangible business impact. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing People Analytics function and drive actionable insights within a People team that is serious about using data to shape the future of its work.
