Job description
- Are you passionate about supporting operational transformations and driving adoption of new systems? Then this position is for you.
- As a Transformation Coordinator, you will support planning, coordination, and execution of change initiatives related to ERP implementation (SAP S/4HANA) and site integration projects.
Build side:
- Collaborate with operational teams to identify and visualize upcoming changes to processes and activities
- Document operational changes via SOPs, user guides, and other supporting materials
- Translate complex operational or technical information into clear messages for diverse audiences
- Support post-implementation adoption of new processes and systems
- Adapt and provide training materials in French and English
- Participate in workshops to collect requirements and change management needs
Run side:
- Monitor and report progress of change activities, adoption KPIs, and communication effectiveness
- Prepare and present change management and communication materials for program teams and board meetings
- Support the planning and execution of stakeholder engagement and communication activities
- Serve as primary point of contact for change-related inquiries
- Collect feedback to improve communications and reinforce site culture
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and build strong relationships with business leaders, SMEs, and project teams, * Growth toward senior operational change or transformation management roles
- Opportunity to contribute to large-scale ERP and site integration programs
- Increased influence on operational processes, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change initiatives
- Long-term development within operational transformation and project management teams
This is your expertise:
- Change management and operational transformation support
- Stakeholder engagement and communication in multilingual environments
- Documentation and training support for new processes and systems
- Reporting and monitoring of adoption KPIs and program progress
- Participation in workshops and collection of operational requirements
- Familiarity with digital communication and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint)
Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Business Management, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in internal communications, operational communication, or a similar role, preferably in an industrial or operational environment
- Project management experience is desirable
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of operational and business processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English; Dutch is a plus, * Positive, open-minded, and collaborative team player
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent active listening, reasoning, and organizational skills
- Multi-tasking capability and adaptability in dynamic environments
Language skills:
- French: Fluent (writing and speaking)
- English: Fluent (writing and speaking)
- Dutch: Optional / plus
