• You take on the methodological leadership of the DevOps team in the role of Scrum Master and ensure smooth implementation of agile principles and processes (focus)

• You bring in new technical and methodological impulses to continuously develop the team

• You are active throughout the entire software lifecycle: from idea generation through technical conception to production

• You analyze requirements, create technical designs, and contribute your ideas to the further development of our platform

• Experience as a certified Scrum Master; solid background in software engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Typescript.
• Excellent command of German for clear communication of complex ideas., * You have experience in the role of Scrum Master and are ideally certified
• You have already worked as a Professional Software Engineer and bring solid knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Typescript
• You have a university degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
• You like to take ownership, bring your own ideas, and set impulses in the team
• You have very good German skills and can express complex issues clearly and precisely
