Job description

You will play a key role in delivering world-class developer lab experiences, helping developers get the most out of Apple hardware for AI/ML, spatial computing, and professional content creation workflows.

You will support developers with hands-on guidance on optimising their development pipelines using Apple's hardware and software. You'll help configure and manage specialised lab environments-from Mac clusters optimised for machine learning to Vision Pro setups for spatial development, and professional media production and AV hardware.

You will provide live technical support during workshops and evangelism events, ensuring developers have seamless access to the latest Apple hardware and optimised configurations. This includes supporting AI/ML training workflows on Apple Silicon and Neural Engine, spatial content creation with Vision Pro, and integration with MFi accessories and professional equipment.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of hardware and software, helping developers unlock the full potential of Apple's platforms through hands-on technical expertise and exceptional lab experiences.

Requirements

Do you have experience in macOS?, Experience with AI/ML workflows, including MLX, Core ML, or similar frameworks. Understanding of machine learning training and inference optimisation on Apple hardware. Experience with Vision Pro or spatial computing development workflows. Familiarity with professional media hardware (e.g., video and audio mixers, video and audio over IP) and content creation pipelines. Experience with MFi accessory integration and compatibility testing. Knowledge of macOS system administration and environment management. Experience supporting technical workshops, labs, or developer events. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving hardware configurations. Passion for helping developers succeed with Apple's platforms. German language skills are a plus but not essential., Experience with Mac hardware configuration, setup, and troubleshooting. Understanding of Apple Silicon architecture and performance optimisation. Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to support developers in a hands-on, lab-based environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external developers.
