Job description
- Answer Bidvest help desk phone and record all calls on IT system (Training given)
- Enter all calls on the system/ transfer calls to the appropriate teams Internal & Eternal
- Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
- Input data on to spread sheets as and when asked
- Highlight tasks to the management team should any jobs require chasing
- Required to have basic IT knowledge
- Feedback to sub-contractors on potential quotes
- Be confident in approaching the management team to direct questions etc
- Liaise with the management team in the office to ensure all logged jobs are closed off per contract area
Requirements
Do you have experience in Help desk?, * Confident in liaising with the management team,
- Confident on the phone speaking with clients, Sub-contractors & teams within the office,
- Self-motivated,
- Basic IT Knowledge
- MUST be happy working in an open office
