Job description

  • Answer Bidvest help desk phone and record all calls on IT system (Training given)
  • Enter all calls on the system/ transfer calls to the appropriate teams Internal & Eternal
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Input data on to spread sheets as and when asked
  • Highlight tasks to the management team should any jobs require chasing
  • Required to have basic IT knowledge
  • Feedback to sub-contractors on potential quotes
  • Be confident in approaching the management team to direct questions etc
  • Liaise with the management team in the office to ensure all logged jobs are closed off per contract area

Requirements

Do you have experience in Help desk?, * Confident in liaising with the management team,

  • Confident on the phone speaking with clients, Sub-contractors & teams within the office,
  • Self-motivated,
  • Basic IT Knowledge
  • MUST be happy working in an open office
