Where will you be working?

At M Group Energy, we're enabling the energy essential to support our lives.

We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.

This role will be within our Electricity Transmission team. We design, build and commission substations at voltages up to and including 400kV. Our teams construct and maintain transmission lines and substations, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of electricity. This is an office-based role in Westhill, Aberdeen.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide Document control support to the Project, using various Document Management Systems used by the Business & Client
  • Maintaining the electronic Project Folder System in parallel with the hard copy records
  • Work independently and make informed decisions within role boundaries

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Previous experience as a Document Controller

  • Experience working with SSEN on ACC would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work in a busy and dynamic environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders
  • Full clean driving licence is essential!
