We're searching for a Carmel, IN based Implementation Analyst to join our Professional Services team, so that we can assist our Policy product customers in the software onboarding process. The Implementation Analyst will consult with clients, configure software, and lead training to ensure client success.
How You'll Spend Your Time

Lead weekly calls with customers to monitor progress, address challenges, and provide support through implementation

Understand clients' needs in order to architect the best approach and configure the software accordingly for each client

Lead virtual trainings with customers to ensure successful adoption and usage of the software

Build and revise implementation schedules via Smartsheet, as well as track project progress through OpenAir

Respond to all customer inquiries with urgency and empathy, collaborating with internal teams when necessary, to ensure white-glove service
Requirements

Previous experience in a customer-facing, enterprise SaaS implementation role

Proven success communicating with senior executives

In-depth knowledge on how to manage multiple projects simultaneously

A quick learner with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to commute to Carmel, IN 50% of the month

A knack for working collaboratively within a customer-focused environment
