Job description
You optimize the start of the customer journey by turning data into concrete improvements. You analyze behavior in onboarding flows, measure engagement and retention, and identify where things can be done smarter. Based on your insights, you help teams make well-founded decisions that have a noticeable impact on the customer experience.
You work in an Agile environment alongside product managers, marketers, analytics engineers, and data scientists. You develop dashboards and reports for acquisition and engagement metrics, set up and evaluate experiments and A/B tests, and perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and patterns. You also align with data engineers on data quality and integrations, contribute to tracking and measurement plans, and present your findings clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
You are analytically strong, curious, and communicatively skilled. You enjoy working with different disciplines and feel responsible for the quality and impact of your analyses.
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in a digital or commercial environment.
- You have strong experience with SQL and analyzing complex datasets.
- You work with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- You use Python or R for advanced analyses.
- You have knowledge of statistics, A/B testing, and experiment design.
- Experience with web or product analytics tools.
