Job description
The post holder will manage Data requirements for the Barts Bioresource to support relaunch. They will plan and deliver data management initiatives to address retrospective and prospective data for legacy cohorts. The postholder will be responsible for overseeing and managing those data systems, ensuring the integrity, availability and security of Barts Bioresource data. The post holder will work closely with the Barts Secure Data Environment team and clinical teams to improve the data flow between NHS Healthcare data systems to enrich the data and enhance end user experience. The postholder will adhere to data governance and act as a resource to the wider team.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information systems, Data Science or related field. They will have direct experience of data management of a Biobank or Bioresource and experience of planning and managing workflows for a Bioresource. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of Barts health Trust data security and regulatory compliance.
