Job description
- Maintain and update information and training material for various internal target audiences in different formats like PowerPoint or Word or in internal systems directly
- Consult on SAP One page templates, content quality, user-centricity and best practices
- Support quality initiatives
- Provide project support in relation to change management and communications planning (What, When, How, to which audience?)
- Manage the SAP One Professional Editor Community
- Use success measurements and reporting to enhance the community experience
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied science, ideally studies related to communication or similar
- Very good verbal and written English and German skills
- Good PC skills, including MS Office applications such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on mentality with a positive can-do-attitude
- Interest in exploring new ways to effectively communicate within a virtual organization
- Proactive driver of assigned tasks and deliverables
- Strong team spirit and interest in and some talent for communication tasks
- Working from the office (Walldorf/St.Leon Rot) is required
