Job description
- Design & Manage OpenShift Clusters: Implement/optimize highly available Red Hat OpenShift architectures for diverse applications, ensuring performance/cost-efficiency.
- Build/operate platform components supporting AI/ML workloads on Kubernetes.
- Automate Everything: Champion IaC (Helm, GitOps) for Kubernetes, designing/maintaining automated platform provisioning and operations.
- Ensure Platform Security: Implement/enforce robust security best practices (secret management, RBAC, compliance) for Kubernetes.
- Collaborate & Support: Provide expert technical support to dev/ops teams, troubleshooting complex platform, performance, and security issues.
- Innovate & Improve: Engage in full lifecycle (design to ops) for continuous platform enhancement and new tool prototyping.
- Deploy & Integrate: Deploy/test/integrate highly available, scalable, maintainable, controlled systems/services.
- Document: Develop platform user guides/best practices; coordinate functional/technical integration., * Analysis of your application by the recruitment department.

Requirements
- Graduate in Information Technology or a related field
- Min 5 years of professional experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or System Engineering.
- Strong Docker and Kubernetes expertise (OpenShift is a major plus).
- Proficiency in Helm, GitOps principles, DevOps best practices (CI/CD, IaC)
- Understanding of AI/ML infrastructure and basic dev concepts (Node.js, Java, .NET)
- Proven production environment management; strong troubleshooting skills
- Curious, open-minded, collaborative team player with strong communication
- Autonomous, organized, delivery/customer-oriented, technology enthusiast
- Fluent English/French, This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
