Solutions Engineer-France

1. Responsible for the mobile robot's solution design and proposal for logistic and automation projects, leading all pre-sales work, including demand research, on-site exploration, data analysis, business scenario analysis, layout design

2. Primary support on software and hardware requirement design investigation

3. Strong technical competence, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, Knowledge of new build program execution, and, ability to develop innovative solutions based on customer requirements

4. Lead the development of technical bid proposals, includes detailed project material list and costing

5. Responsible for formulating business processes, formulating basic operating strategies, system requirements, and determining system connection

6. Participate in the bidding work of specific projects, and guide including the preparation of bidding technical plans, the response to the specification, the clarification of the plan and the description of the bid

7. Responsible for communication and answering questions with customers during the project process

8. Development of technical Statements of Work

9. Serve as the local technical resource and liaison for ship designers and customers

10. Attend customer meetings on proposal/technical clarifications

11. Manage handover of orders to project management under observation of the company processes

12. Prepare and delivery technical presentations at trade-shows, conferences, or industry events

13. Research competitors' technical solutions in order to support development of sales arguments

Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, 1. Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering background is preferred, automation, industry engineer, mechanical engineering, logistics and other related majors are preferred;

2. More than 3-year experience in logistics and warehousing industry or AGV related industry

3. Good at identifying customer needs and can propose corresponding solutions.

4. Effective problem identification and resolution skills, Proven analytical and organizational capabilities

5. Strong self-learning motivation and strong sense of responsibility

6. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

7. Create and maintain comprehensive technical proposal documentation.

8. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

9. Experience working within a consultative sales process especially with solution offers

10. Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with, and influence customers

11. Ability to coordinate several opportunities and projects simultaneously

12. Enjoy working in intercultural environment

13. Proficient English & Mandarin level

14. Knowledge of Logistic software, such as WMS/ERP/SAP preferred

15. Good at common engineering tool such as Autocad, Excel (Data analysis), * Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Solutions Engineer: 3 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:
