Lead developer - Ruby on rails

As Lead Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be responsible for the technical backbone of the platform and the leadership of the development team.

Key responsibilities:* Technical leadership and coaching of the development team* Ownership of architecture, code quality, scalability and performance* Hands-on development in Ruby on Rails* Collaborating with Product Owner and founders on roadmap and technical decisions* Planning and structuring software development* Translating product and client requirements into technical solutions* Acting as technical point of contact for integrations, APIs and external partners* Responsibility for technical aspects related to ISO 27001

We are looking for a senior, pragmatic Lead Developer who is comfortable operating in a scale-up environment and enjoys working closely with the team on-site.Required experience:* Strong, production-level experience with Ruby on Rails* Proven experience as Lead Developer or Senior Developer with team responsibility* Experience designing and maintaining scalable SaaS architectures* Experience working with APIs and third-party integrations* Solid understanding of software quality, security and performance* Comfortable working in an international, English-speaking environment
