Application Solutions Architect - Bromley ( Payments Domain, APIs, Microservices, Cloud, AI), We're working with a global organisation looking for an experienced Application Solutions Architect to support platforms across Corporate Payments, Accounting Services, Liquidity Management, and Receivables. You'll help shape architectural strategy and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions within a global technology environment.

What You'll Do

Define solution architecture aligned with business and enterprise strategy
Design API-led, microservices-based application solutions
Collaborate with business, technology teams, and vendors to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
Provide architectural guidance to development teams and support technical delivery
Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Strong experience in Corporate Payments (essential)
Expertise in APIs, microservices, and integration architecture
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
Experience with modern development technologies (Java, .NET/C#, Python, JavaScript frameworks)
Exposure to financial services regulatory initiatives (PSD2, ISO 20022, AML/KYC, GDPR)
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Background in Banking or Financial Services technology
