We're looking for a Customer AI Implementation Engineer to design and deliver tailored customer experience (CX) solutions using our cutting-edge AI tools. This is a hybrid role combining customer-facing consultancy with hands-on technical implementation. You'll be the bridge between clients, project managers, and product teams-ensuring every solution is optimised, integrated, and ready to deliver real value., * Spend ~50% of your time engaging directly with customers-workshops, reviews, and troubleshooting.

• Develop secure integrations using Python, REST APIs, and supporting technologies.
• Provide ongoing support and optimisation for existing solutions.

• Strong Python skills and experience with REST APIs.
