You will work closely with experienced engineers to design, build, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform that help thousands of employees work more efficiently.

- Support the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new workflows, forms, integrations, and service catalogue items.
- Analyse user requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Help maintain the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work with the internal Service Now Platform & Centre of Excellence team across all modules.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning, and release cycles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, automation, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot issues and assist with platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- This role is based at a strategic work locationlocation, and you'll be expected to be in the office 3 days minimum every week.
As part of this role, you will go through funded courses to certify in the Design, Build and maintenance of a Service Now Platform.

Starting Salary £35,500
This is a 24-month Graduate position, with a permanent position within BT Group on successful completion of your programme.
