Job description
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to deliver solutions
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies
- Manage technical risks and ensure the timely delivery of projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
On-Call Support:
- The development team provide out-of-hours on-call assistance in 4-hour slots, including weekend to the operations team on a rota basis. You will be part of this rota once suitably skilled and can expect up to 3 on-call slots per week.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a senior NET software engineer
- Technical skills
- Must Have: C#, .Net 6 or later, REST, GraphQL, Docker, RabbitMQ, Postgres, OpenTelemetry
- Good to have: MassTransit, MartenDB, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Frontend development
- Hands-on experience with microservices and transformation from monolithic to microservices
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
- Application profiling, debugging, and performance tuning
- Technical Leadership & Architecture experience, you have led decisions on technology stacks, designed system architecture, and ensured scalability and security.
- Experience coaching developers, reviewing code to ensure quality standards, and promoting best practices like testing and documentation., * Flexibility: Hybrid Work Model
