IT Service Management

We are supporting a growing organisation in their search for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to help maintain a secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environment. This is a hands-on position offering genuine ownership across infrastructure and security, with the opportunity to contribute to ongoing technology improvements and modernisation initiatives., You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the organisation's technology estate, including servers, networks, endpoints, and cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure. Acting as a senior escalation point for technical issues, you will help ensure systems remain secure, available, and resilient, while also assisting with disaster recovery planning, system upgrades, and broader infrastructure projects.

We are looking for a well-rounded infrastructure professional with strong experience across Windows environments, Azure and Microsoft 365, alongside a solid understanding of core security principles such as patching, identity management, and access controls. Experience working within structured IT environments, and any exposure to security frameworks, automation, or scripting, would be beneficial.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being technically hands-on, takes pride in delivering stable environments, and is keen to play an active role in strengthening an organisation's overall technology capability.
