Job description
We are seeking a Application Support Analyst to join our Service Desk team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our clients and partners in ensuring the reliability and performance of our SaaS product., * Support and optimize our regulatory reporting platform, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders (partners, development team, QA, and product team).
- Work with regulatory transaction reporting regulations engaging closely with internal teams, partners, and clients.
- Provide support and consultation to our customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues efficiently.
- Monitor to ensure compliance with new technical and regulatory requirements as required.> QA Testing: functionality and output of our SaaS product.
- Independently and professionally communicate with customers and partners to deliver solutions and manage expectations.
- Conduct UAT testing, evaluating functionality and output of our SaaS product.
- Conduct onboarding of new clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Level 1 & 2 Application Support, working with complex applications in sectors such as Banking, Energy, Tax or Compliance
- Previous working experience in the financial services industry, banking, energy, FinTech, or compliance sector are a must.
- Genuine interest in regulatory reporting and a desire to grow in this field.
- Technical Skills:

Strong IT generalist.

Strong proficiency in API tools, data transformation, SFTP o Postman, Excel, FileZilla, Visual studio code, and Ponton X/P Messenger.

Network technology skills (CCNA or equivalent certification is an advantage)

Knowledge of XML and CSV is required.
- General knowledge of the SDLC.
- Release Management.
- Kanban / Waterfall.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and German (required).
- Genuine interest in developing regulatory knowledge, particularly transaction reporting (e.g., EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, Dodd-Frank, or REMIT).
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic environment.
- Independent Working Style: You thrive when working autonomously and have the drive to take initiative.
- Familiar with project management methodologies, and comfortable applying them to daily work.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, ensuring a high sense of quality and responsibility in all tasks.

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting at EUR 45.000,- according to the valid IT collective agreement with the willingness to overpay according to qualifications and professional experience.
