Responsibility for planning, implementing, and maintaining complex IT system landscapes

Independent maintenance and support of the IT infrastructure including daily system monitoring

Co-responsible as a central contact point in 2nd-level support

Analysis and resolution of disruptions and error conditions

Collaboration with other departments to implement new technologies

Coordination of external service partners

Maintenance of documentation and creation of configuration instructions
Requirements
- Completed IT education, ideally with further training and experience.
- Strong knowledge in MS products, Citrix, VMware, and Linux.
- Analytical skills and customer-oriented mindset., * Several years of experience in a comparable position
- Solid knowledge of MS products, Citrix, VMware as well as Linux (Suse/RedHat), certifications are a plus
- Team player with a high quality standard
- Analytical skills, problem-solving competence, and customer orientation
- Confident German in spoken and written form as well as technical English
