Tasks

• Act as the main contact for customers regarding our applications.

• Analyze and document customer requirements effectively.

• Support customers: You are the central contact point for questions about our applications, clarify concerns, and ensure sustainable solutions.

• Understand needs: You analyze, document, and prioritize the requirements of our customers.

• Secure knowledge: You create and maintain operational and user documentation.

• Coordinate collaboration: You manage tasks and interfaces between internal IT departments and external application users.

• Manage processes: You ensure recurring processes and guarantee smooth operation., * Up to 60% home office possible with a 100% workload
