Participation in IT projects

Creating and maintaining documentation and instructions

Requirements
- Completed IT training and several years of experience in computing.
- Strong knowledge in networking and firewall management.
- Excellent communication skills and high social competence., * Completed IT training/continuing education and several years of professional experience in the field of IT
- Good knowledge and experience in network and firewall G
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems in client and server environments, M365
- Experience in telephony is an advantage
- Quick comprehension, flexible and reliable
- Enjoyment of active internal customer contact and solution-oriented thinking
- Communicative, committed, and resilient personality with high social competence
- Very good German skills / good English skills
