Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced System & Atlassian Administrator (f/m/d) to strengthen our IT team within the Microsoft environment. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing our collaboration and productivity tools, with a strong focus on Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence) as well as Microsoft 365. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations within our company., * Manage, configure, and maintain Atlassian Cloud products: Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- Implement workflows, custom fields, permissions, and automation rules.
- Support teams with reporting, dashboards, and process optimization.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in the IT field, with a willingness to explore and integrate new technologies into our existing infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or Atlassian Administrator.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with identity management (Entra ID, SSO, MFA).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English & German.
