(Senior) Data Analyst

• Support various functions, particularly the product team, in running AB tests. Participate in all stages, including test design, preparation, analysis, and recommendation.
• Oversee tracking for new features on the webshop, AB testing, and other related initiatives.
• Conduct analyses on various topics, such as landing pages, account verification, churn rate, chargebacks, and new feature analysis.
• Develop and automate dashboards in Tableau or other analytics tools to provide clear insights and drive data-informed decisions.
• Liaise with the Performance Marketing, Product, CRM, and Brand teams, but also with Analytics Engineers to test ideas, and collaborate on analysis that will help improve web shop performance, particularly in terms of conversions, purchases, and retention.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance across various areas, including Product Development, Retention and overall web shop performance., * Monthly mobility allowance of €30 to use on the mobility option of your choice (e.g., the Deutschlandticket), plus access to a company bike leasing program.

Do you have experience in Tableau?, * e-commerce experience with an understanding of product and overall business metrics.

• AB testing experience ideally in agile environments.
• Experience in building metrics and dashboards using technologies such as SQL, Tableau, R or Python.
• You are confident in working with DBT, Redshift and/or Snowflake.
• Experience with Mixpanel or other analytics tooling would be a plus.
• Strong agile prioritization, communication and coordination skills.
• You demonstrate resilience and confidence in working with stakeholders, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into data driven decisions.
• You are willing to think outside of the box and proactively check for data consistency and try to find patterns.
