Working Student Business Intelligence Analyst

Our team's main focus is to ensure new and existing customers achieve their goals and have a great experience with our products by providing them with guidance and ongoing support, from facilitating a smooth first implementation to fostering positive long-term relationships with them., We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to contribute to customer engagement strategies by analyzing data to identify trends, preferences, and pain points, proactively addressing issues to maximize customer satisfaction and retention., * Collect and analyze data from various dashboards and databases to create comprehensive reports.

• Identify trends and patterns in product performance & customer data.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve delivery operations.
• Assist in standardizing the report creation process for various stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.

Do you have experience in SaaS?, * You are enrolled as a student in a university in Germany, pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business or a related field.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Quicksight).
• Basic knowledge of SQL for database querying.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools to present insights effectively.
• Previous projects involving data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to synthesize information from various sources to provide actionable recommendations.
• Proactive and resilient approach to communicating trends and observations to drive improvements and ensure customer success.
• Fluent in the English language, written and spoken.

IT IS AWESOME IF YOU ALSO HAVE

• You are familiar with Python.
• Understanding of APIs and data integration methods.
• Experience in a SaaS environment or with logistics/parcel delivery services.
