Network Administrator

As Network Administrator, you'll ensure the reliability, availability, and protection of our Cloud and On-Premise environments. You'll collaborate closely with technical experts and different business areas to maintain and evolve our servers, networking, communications, and cybersecurity foundation-key elements that support SanLucar's daily operations and future growth. • You will perform preventive, corrective, and improvement tasks on Cloud and On-Premise server infrastructure, networking and security.
• You will manage advanced administration of Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure AD, O365, GPOs, Intune and ensure secure access to corporate resources.
• You will manage Exchange Online and support email-related operations.
• You will manage and setup our cybersecurity perimeter with PaloAlto technologies (PA firewalls, Cortex XDR and xSOAR)
• You will ensure the setup and maintenance of all SanLucar corporate network with technologies like Cisco, Fortinet and Ubiquity.
• You will ensure security maintenance across workstations, servers, and mobile endpoints.
• You will diagnose and resolve incidents escalated from L1, involving external partners for L3 when needed.
• You will lead and support technical projects within the area.
• You will identify operational improvements and propose enhancements.
• You will document procedures, processes, and training materials for new or updated operations.
• You will help shape and refine IT policies to drive performance, security, and efficiency.

• Higher studies in engineering or computer science
• Very good knowledge of English, full working competence.
• Around 5 years of experience in a Systems Administration position
• Advanced experience in systems:
• Attention to monitoring alerts (ZABBIX, NAGIOS, ...)
• Administration of Cloud AZURE infrastructure.
• Windows Server Active Directory, O365, GPOs, WSUS, security groups, etc.
• Exchange Server OnLine
• MS Intune
• Firewalls and Networking
• Advanced experience in communications and security tools: o Advanced knowledge in perimeter security with Cisco / PaloAlto systems o Advanced knowledge of networks (ACL, Routing, STP, OSPF, VLAN) with Cisco, Fortinet and Ubiquity o PaloAlto technologies (firewalls, Panorama, Cortex, xSOAR, Prisma…) o Advanced knowledge of Powershell and Windows scripting.
