IT Junior Support

We're expanding and seeking a Junior IT Support to support our technology-driven operations. You'll handle first-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software to minimize disruptions in our environment., * Provide hands-on IT support for computers, printers, and networked devices.

• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Install and configure systems, assist with user queries, and escalate complex problems.
• Document issues and maintain IT inventory for smooth operations.

• Min. 1 year in IT support with strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
• Experience with computers, printers, and all-round technical support.
• Basic networking and Microsoft Office proficiency; customer-focused mindset.
