DV Cleared Senior Cloud / System Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud / System Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, container orchestration, and database technologies. This role will support the design, deployment, and ongoing management of scalable and highly available cloud-based systems. The successful candidate will work closely with architecture and delivery teams to ensure robust, secure, and efficient cloud environments., * Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services across compute, storage, and networking.

• Support and manage containerized applications within OpenShift and/or Kubernetes environments.
• Administer and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including query tuning and basic database administration tasks.
• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of highly available and resilient cloud systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to support application deployments and infrastructure improvements.
• Troubleshoot system and application issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Support automation and DevOps practices to improve reliability and efficiency.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms, including compute, storage, and networking services.
• Proven experience deploying and managing applications using OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including querying, performance optimization, and basic administration.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking concepts, and system integration.
• Experience supporting production environments and mission-critical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.
