We are on an exciting journey to transform how data drives decisions, supports young people, and strengthens our Trust strategy - and we're looking for a talented Head of Data to lead the way.
Are you a curious, forward-thinking data professional who loves turning complexity into clarity? You'll work closely with executive leaders to shape how we understand performance, safeguarding, inclusion, workforce trends, operational needs and the lived experience of our young people.
Your work won't simply report the past - you'll help us see the future.
What You'll Do
· Design intuitive executive dashboards and KPI frameworks that bring clarity and direction
· Integrate multiple systems (MIS, safeguarding, HR, finance, estates) into one joined-up data picture
· Turn fragmented datasets into meaningful, trusted intelligence
· Develop analytics that highlight trends, risks and opportunities
· Reduce manual reporting through automation and smarter workflows
Requirements
· Experience working in data analytics, BI or insight roles
· Confidence designing dashboards and visual stories for non-technical audiences
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn raw data into actionable intelligence
· Ability to manage multiple datasets and improve data quality
· An organised, solutions-focused approach with great attention to detail
· A collaborative style that builds trust and empowers colleagues
· A passion for improving the lives of children and young people through better intelligence
